Are my credit card details safe when using this site?

Absolutely - All payments are processed by Paypal who use leading secure encryption technology. At no time are your credit card details held on file. For full details please visit www.paypal.com.

Can I suggest a product for the box?

Of course! - Just go to our contacts page and fill out our suggestion form.

Where do you deliver?

To 6 of the worlds regions. Delivery costs vary (the cheapest being European destinations). Click on the delivery destinations link at the bottom of this page to find out more. Note: we cannot deliver our 8kg box to Iraq or Afghanistan due to their weight restrictions.

How long will it take for my ukfoodparcel to arrive?

This depends on your delivery destination. Your order will be despatched within 5 business days and delivered to most European destinations within 6 -10 bunsiness days.

What payments do you accept?

Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch & Delta.

Do I need a paypal account to buy from your website?

No - when you are taken to the Paypal secure server you will be asked to enter your payment details and then sent back to our site to enter your delivery address. It's that simple!

Can I send an order to a different address?

Yes - UK Food Parcels can be sent as a gift direct to the person you would like to surprise! When you are directed back to our website from Paypal, make sure you put an alternative address to the billing address.
